We weren't familiar with the neighborhood, but Carmen gave us the information we needed and we took the plunge. You should work with Carmen over any other agent is based on 5 key strengths that differentiate him from most real estate professionals.First, Carmen will listen carefully to what you’re looking for and help you identify your priorities – what’s a must-have vs. a nice-to-have? He helped us prioritize homes based on (1) our vision for our family, (2) the aesthetic we preferred, and (3) the functionality that matched our lifestyle. My husband and I joked that it was like having a couples therapist, because Carmen really knew us that well and helped us navigate to the right area and the right house.
Second, Carmen will not let you waste time on properties that do not align to those values. He never pushed us to pick a property. In fact, he often told me, “No, we’re not seeing that.
